Company Lesuris handles (processes and collects) personal data in compliance with applicable regulations, in particular, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter referred to as the "GDPR"), and Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on Processing of Personal Data and on Amendment of Certain Acts.
Personal data is any information relating to an identified or identifiable living person. Company Lesuris processes personal data for numerous purposes, and the means of collection, lawful basis of processing, use, disclosure, and retention periods for each purpose may differ. When collecting and using personal data, it is our policy to be transparent about the reason and manner of processing personal data.
Company Lesuris guarantees all visitors to this website that their personal information shall be protected. No personal information is gathered on this website, apart from that information which visitors voluntarily provide themselves (for example, via forms) and technical data that is automatically provided by your device or internet provider (for example IP address, web browser version, etc.).
We are entitled to use the personal data provided to us for any of the purposes described in this privacy statement or for other purposes stated at the place where the data is collected. The provided personal data is made available to our employees, and to entities personally and financially connected with our company (hereinafter referred to as the "Lesuris employee"). Company Lesuris processes personal data using internal systems (hereinafter "CRM").
Company Lesuris processes personal contact data (current and potential clients of the company and / or persons associated with them) using CRM. The Lesuris employee initiates the collection of personal contact data and the input of this personal data into the CRM, and this data includes name, titles, employer's name, telephone number, e-mail and other business contact and identification data. In addition, CRM may collect data from Lesuris' e-mail systems (sender's name, recipient's name, date and time) and calendars (organizer's name, participant's name, date and time) regarding interactions between Lesuris employees and contacts or third parties. Company Lesuris also collects data from publicly available sources.
Personal business contact information may be visible to Lesuris employees and they may use it to learn more about the client account, client or opportunity they are interested in and may be used for the following purposes:
We will process personal data on business contacts on the basis of our legitimate business interests or consent, if the data subject has given his consent. We are interested in offering our services in the form of marketing or sending messages that we believe might be of interest to the recipient.
Personal data will be stored within CRM for the time necessary for the above purposes (eg as long as there is a relationship with a particular business contact or as long as it is necessary to record it).
Company Lesuris only collects personal data that is necessary for specified purposes, so we only ask our clients to provide personal data if it is absolutely necessary for those purposes. If we need to process personal data to provide professional services, we ask our clients to provide data subjects with the necessary information regarding the use of that data. Our clients may use the relevant sections of this privacy statement or refer data subjects to this statement if they deem it appropriate. In general, we collect personal information from our clients or third parties acting on the client's instructions, including those who use our applications. Such personal information may typically include name, employer name, title, telephone, e-mail, and other business contact and identification information.

In these cases, the person has control over the personal information they share with us, and we will only use that information to respond to the communication and resolve the matter appropriately (or as is apparent from the context of the communication). The above personal data may include the name, name of the employer, address, telephone number, e-mail and other business contact and identification data, including the data stated in the submitted CV, or in other sent documents.
If personal data is processed for other purposes mentioned above, we will be based on a legitimate interest or consent, if the data subject has expressed this. We retain the personal information listed in this section for as long as it is deemed necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.
We will only share personal information with other people if it is legally permissible. When sharing data with others, we apply contractual arrangements and security mechanisms to protect data and adhere to our standards of privacy, confidentiality and security.
Like other professional service providers, we use third parties for our activities, which are also located in other countries. As a result, personal information may be transferred outside of the country where we and our clients are located. These include IT providers, cloud-based software such as services, identity management, website hosting and administration, data analysis, data backup, security and storage. The servers on which this cloud infrastructure is operated and which enable its operation are located in secure data centers around the world, and personal data can be stored on any of them.
